"We're building a networked creative economy, where large-scale project managers work in regional capitals, while jobs are created in remote areas. There are already examples of this, such as the IT cluster in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A team of core programmers is based in Yakutsk, but some core tasks are handled by young people in remote districts. For example, they might take on some of the interior design work for a video game. This way, budding creators in remote regions gain skills and the opportunity to become involved in high-tech projects and develop more quickly," said Elvira Nurgalieva.
