In 2026, the forum will acquire federal status. The event will bring together customers, China's largest manufacturers, regional delegations, representatives of development institutions, and industry experts. The forum will be held at the Manchurian Government Building.
The program includes plenary sessions on Russia's technology needs through 2030, strategic sessions with government and business representatives, and case studies.
The forum's business program will cover a wide range of topics, including the prospects for the development of the Far East's International Advanced Development Area (IADA). It should be noted that the IADA's preferential treatment is being created to combine the economic potential of the Far East with the interests of key partners in the Asia-Pacific region. It offers a zero-rate federal income tax for 10 years and a reduced social security contribution rate of 7.6% for the same period. A wide range of incentives includes the possibility of providing residents with infrastructure and land, using the free trade zone procedure, and attracting foreign labor without quotas.
