State support measures for participants in the “Hectare” program were presented at a seminar in Blagoveshchensk

More than 150 participants of the “Hectare” program attended a specialized seminar in Blagoveshchensk dedicated to actual measures of state support for business development in the Amur Region. The event was organized by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) together with the Ministry of Property Relations of the Amur Region. The participants of the event were told about the federal and regional measures to support small and medium-sized businesses operating in the Amur Region, including the preferential regimes of the priority development areas and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, and about the implementation and possibilities of the “Hectare” program. The speakers paid special attention to the development of the tourism business on the “hectares”, aspects of grant support and lending to entrepreneurs, as well as training in special programs for entrepreneurs, including the “Hectare” Program Participant Academy, implemented by the FEDC. During the seminar, it was noted that the preferential "Far Eastern Mortgage" is particularly popular in the region - more than 764 people have already been able to build their own housing, including the construction of houses on their "hectares". The total amount of loans issued for individual housing construction in the Amur Region amounted to 4.4 billion rubles.
