A medical center for the rehabilitation of children was opened in Arkhangelsk by a resident of the Russian Arctic
In Arkhangelsk, a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the “Meolis” company, opened a Center for medical rehabilitation of children with diseases of the nervous system. The project is aimed at providing high-quality medical care in several areas: the Center employs neurologists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and a medical psychologist. There is also a physical therapy room and a massage room, and modern medical and rehabilitation equipment has been purchased. The volume of investments in the project under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) amounted to 1 million rubles, employment of 16 people is provided.
“Qualified specialists: neurologists, pediatricians, physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists and massage therapists, are able to treat at least 80 children aged 1 year and older per month. We help cope with various diseases of the nervous system, including congenital anomalies, the consequences of inflammatory diseases, mental and motor development delays,” said Anna Klindyuk, director of “Meolis” LLC.
