A maral farm with antler baths will be opened by a new resident of the Primorye priority development area in 2027

“ZAPOVEDNAYA DOLINA”, a resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, will open a maral farm with developed hiking trails, a recreation center, a campground, and a sauna complex. Guests will have access to unique wellness treatments, including therapeutic antler baths. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 63 million rubles, creating 27 jobs.

The “Maraly” tourist and recreational complex will be commissioned in several stages, from the first quarter of 2027 to the fourth quarter of 2028.

"The first phase will involve the construction of five enclosures with a total area of approximately 13.79 hectares, and the purchase of animals. To ensure a comfortable visitor experience, parking and recreational areas will be created, including benches, gazebos, pergolas, and greenery. The second and third stages of the project will include the construction of accommodation facilities offering unique for the region antler bathing services, using our own raw materials. Visitors to the complex will be able to learn about the cutting and harvesting technology during tours," said Alexander Arnaut, manager of “ZAPOVEDNAYA DOLINA” LLC.

The farm will house approximately 30 marals. Effective zoning of the 17.33-hectare site will ensure a safe environment for the animals and visitors to the complex.
