There is also a stable, wh ere equestrian enthusiasts keep their pets. “We registered the hectares in 2021,” says Svetlana Kalinina. - Now in total we own 16 plots. Initially, we did not have a clearly formed idea for the project. We just decided to start our own farm, to get closer to the land - and step by step, in a completely natural way, we reached our current format in our development: a livestock farm with elements of a horse ranch and a range of tourist services.” The “Hectare” program gives every citizen of Russia the right to receive a free plot of land of up to one hectare in the Far East and the Arctic. The program has been operating in the Far Eastern Federal District since 2016; from August 2021 it was extended to the territory of the Russian Arctic. Registration of a hectare is carried out free of charge, via the Internet on the FIS website “NaDalniyVostok.RF”.
