Primorye, Yakutia and Khabarovsk Region became the leaders in the issuance of Far Eastern mortgages

According to the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), to date, over 88 thousand families in the Far Eastern Federal District have received loans to improve their housing conditions under the “Far Eastern Mortgage” program. The total amount of funds issued exceeded 392.2 billion rubles. Among the regions of the Far East, the top three in terms of the number of preferential mortgages are: • Primorsky Region – 24 thousand loans worth 109.5 billion rubles were issued; • Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – 19.5 thousand loans worth 93.8 billion rubles; • Khabarovsk Region - 11.9 thousand loans worth 53 billion rubles. For the construction of individual housing, banks issued 13.2 thousand loans totaling 69 billion rubles out of more than 88 thousand loans for improving housing conditions. The average loan amount for individual housing construction in the Far Eastern regions is 5.2 million rubles.
