Artem Shcherbakov, a cadet of the third stream of the program for training personnel for the civil service and development institutions of the Far East "Muravyov-Amursky 2030", assumed the duties of the head of the personnel and records management department of the Far Eastern State Agrarian University (DalSAU).
At the Far Eastern State Agrarian University, Artem will have to solve strategic tasks to create a sustainable human capital management system. One of the key areas of his work will be systemic personnel interaction with other universities in the Far East, Russia and China. This will create an effective platform for exchanging experience and best practices in personnel management. In addition, Artem will be engaged in optimizing personnel management and office work processes, as well as introducing modern management methods.
