Denis Khulukshinov, a cadet of the third stream of the program for training personnel for civil service in the Far East - "Muravyov-Amursky 2030", took up the post of vice-rector of the Far Eastern State Agrarian University. He moved from Moscow to the Amur Region.
Denis was born in Ulan-Ude, graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of RUDN and completed postgraduate studies in economics. He defended his PhD thesis on "Improving the financial mechanism in the Russian healthcare system." He has published over 30 scientific articles, specializing in investments, pricing, public-private partnerships, crowdfunding, project management and ESG.
Has 11 years of experience, including in management positions, in the commercial sector, in the system of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sport of Russia and PAO Gazprom, as well as in the Higher School of Corporate Governance of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and in the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
Denis Khulukshinov: "Our university specializes in training highly qualified personnel for the agro-industrial complex. The university's participation in the “Priority-2030” program involves the development of educational and youth policies through the creation of a single ecosystem: "Agroclasses - Agrotechnological College - Far Eastern State Agrarian University." This will be my main task. In addition, together with the university team, I plan to develop project management, attract grant support and implement technological projects with commercial potential."
