A new resident of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ will open a resort with radon baths in 2028

“Resort Development Kamchatka” company, a resident of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ, will build a hotel complex comprising 20 glamping sites and a 66-room aparthotel. The project includes a thermal pool and sauna complex. The first phase of the complex is scheduled for completion in 2028. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing over 541 million rubles, creating 34 jobs.

The resort will cover over 9,000 square meters. It will also feature a restaurant, a children's playground, saunas, and a thermal pool.

According to Elena Sharko, General Director of “Resort Development Kamchatka” LLC, government support, including land allocation, was a decisive factor in the decision to establish the resort. The “Zelenovskie Ozerki” site is located near the village of Razdolny on the mining allotment of the Ketkinskoye hydrogen sulfide water deposit. The area boasts unique therapeutic and health-improving potential; the local water is rich in radon and hydrogen sulfide, as well as various minerals.
