The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) has developed an electronic catalog of government support measures for employers in the macroregion, including those eligible for preferential treatment. The catalog is available on the "Work in the Far East and Arctic" portal. It includes approximately 180 programs that help businesses develop their teams and reduce personnel costs.
The catalog systematizes federal and regional support measures. These include programs for labor mobility, hiring incentives (including for individuals with disabilities), employment support, and training and retraining. Employers can filter measures by region, name, and category, allowing them to quickly find relevant subsidies and compensation.
