FEDC completed the installation of frames for new buildings for residents at the “Parus” site of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ

At the “Parus” investment site in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, steel frame structures have been installed as part of construction work for two industrial and administrative buildings with a total floor area of over 3.4 square meters. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) will provide the completed premises, complete with the necessary infrastructure, to small and medium-sized enterprises resident in the ASEZ on preferential lease terms for the creation of new production facilities.

Each building will consist of a single-story production facility with an area of 1,100 square meters and a two-story administrative and amenity building with an area of 543 square meters. Gas-fired boiler houses will be adjacent to the buildings. The production facilities will be equipped with crane runways, crane rails, and overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The height of the production facilities to the bottom of the overhead crane is 10 meters. Commissioning of the facilities is scheduled for 2027.

New industrial and administrative buildings will expand the investment potential of the “Parus” site in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. In 2020, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation commissioned the first two industrial and administrative buildings there. The existing industrial buildings, leased to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at preferential rates, house production facilities for several companies. For example, “Neftemash Vostok Service LLC” and “Korpservis LLC” manufacture import-substituting products for the petrochemical industry and install and service pump and compressor equipment.
