The Ministry will support the construction of houses for the Development of the Russian Far East using the financial mechanisms of DOM.RF and other state support measures. One of the additional possibilities for implementing the President's order is the use of the mechanisms of Public-Private Partnership and concessions in the construction of rental houses.

The current portfolio of projects for the construction of rental housing in the Far Eastern Federal District of the DOM.RF Company consists of four projects, almost 5,000 apartments (SSK “Zvezda” in Primorsky region, JSC “Polyus Aldan” in Yakutia, “Uyun Park” on Sakhalin, “Aivazovsky” in Primorsky region). In the future, it is possible to implement 6 more projects for almost 1,000 apartments.
