The FEDC continues to introduce employers in the Far East and the Arctic to tools for increasing labor productivity

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is continuing its series of webinars on practical tools for solving management problems for entrepreneurs in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. Experts will discuss improving organizational efficiency and productivity, as well as developing sustainable human resources. The events will run from March to July 2026. Detailed information about the schedule, speakers, and registration is available on the FEDC portal at https://rabota.erdc.ru/vebinars.

The first seminars for employers in the Far East and the Arctic were held. They were attended by 527 people from more than 100 organizations in the macroregion, including residents of priority development areas (ASEZs), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). Federal experts will continue to examine the HR issues that companies most frequently encounter in their work. I am confident that the materials presented will be of great practical value in strengthening the market positions of companies in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation," commented Kirill Klimenko, Director of the Human Resources Development Department.
