FEDC “Khabarovsk”, a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), has begun construction of two production and administrative buildings at the “Parus” site in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The commissioning of the facilities is scheduled for 2027. New residents of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ will be able to place their production facilities aimed at producing products in demand in the region in two-story administrative and household buildings and one-story production buildings with a total area of 3.4 thousand square meters. Ready-made sites for a quick start of small and medium-sized businesses with the necessary infrastructure will be provided for preferential rent.
"At present, the contractor is performing foundation work at the construction site. Next, on the finished foundations, the installation of building frames from metal structures will begin. We intend to put the buildings into operation in the first quarter of 2027," said Alexey Razin, head of the Komsomolsk branch of the FEDC “Khabarovsk”.
