FEDC has begun to connect residents of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ to water supply and sewerage networks

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) started connection of residents of the «Nekrulovo» site of the «Mikhailovsky» ASEZ to the pre-site water supply and sanitation networks. The work is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2025, as a result, six projects of ASEZ residents will be provided with water supply and sanitation. “Creating infrastructure for residents of the ASEZ is one of the most important tasks of the FEDC and its subsidiary, the “FEDC Primorye”. Infrastructure support for the “Mikhailovsky” agricultural priority development area creates comfortable conditions for the implementation and timely launch of new investment projects and the functioning of enterprises already put into operation, as well as attracting new investors,” noted Alexey Dunaev, director of the “FEDC Primorye”. The “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ is located on the lands of the Mikhailovsky, Spassky, Yakovlevsky, Khorolsky, Oktyabrsky and Chernigovsky municipal districts, the Ussuriysky and Arsenyevsky urban districts of the Primorsky Region. Under agreements with the FEDC, 22 projects are being implemented here with government support. Investors are investing 94 billion rubles and creating 5.7 thousand jobs. Business has already invested 43.2 billion rubles into the region’s economy and created 3.6 thousand jobs. Currently, eight projects have been successfully implemented to create livestock complexes, greenhouses and agricultural farms for growing crops.
