FEDC began installing the frame of an industrial and administrative building for residents of the “Primorye” ASEZ

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) has begun installing metal structures during the construction of an industrial and administrative building in the “Primorye” priority development area (ASEZ) in the Primorsky Region. A three-story administrative building and a one-story industrial building with a total area of 4.3 thousand square meters will be provided to residents on preferential lease for the implementation of various investment projects focused on the production of products in demand in the region, including import-substituting products. The building will be provided with the necessary infrastructure and commissioning is scheduled for early 2025. Currently, similar production and administrative buildings built by the FEDC are being used by residents of the Khabarovsk and Yakutia ASEZs, in addition, construction of new buildings is underway in the Khabarovsk ASEZ and Yakutia ASEZ. “The production and administrative building at the Primorye ASEZ is being created for small and medium-sized enterprises that will produce in-demand products, including import-substituting ones. They will receive ample opportunities for cooperation, a rental rate two times lower than the market average, a reduced electricity tariff, tax benefits and administrative preferences as residents of a priority development area. We will accompany each investment project at all stages of implementation,” said Sergei Skaliy, Deputy General Director of the FEDC for support of investment projects. “The building will be connected to electricity, water and gas supply networks, equipped with water drainage and storm sewer systems, and provided with heat supply,” said Dmitry Belousov, director of the construction department of the FEDC.
