The goal of the agreement is to create the most favorable conditions for residents of the ASEZs and the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) in Primorsky Region to implement investment projects. The parties intend to develop the entrepreneurial environment, strengthen the positive image of business in the region, introduce new formats of cooperation, establish platforms for joint initiatives, and promote the integrated development of the territories.
