FEDC presented the investment opportunities of the “Rovnoye” site of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ at the “AmurExpo-2026”

“AmurExpo-2026” hosted a roadshow to logistics facilities in the Amur Region, where the FEDC “Amurskaya” (a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation - FEDC) presented the investment opportunities of the “Rovnoye” site in the “Amurskaya” ASEZ to Russian and Chinese investors. The delegation consisted of over 50 people.

Construction and installation work is currently underway at the site. By 2027, residents will be provided with electricity, water drainage, and access roads, which will attract new investors under the ASEZ and International Advanced Development Area (IADA) regulations.

“The “Rovnoye” investment site, part of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ, located 20 kilometers from Blagoveshchensk and the international bridge, is an integral part of the bridge's adjacent area. The development concept for the “Rovnoye” site has been formulated—it covers over a thousand hectares within the ASEZ's boundaries. The foundation for the creation of the IADA has already been laid here. This will allow us to develop a long-term cooperation model with foreign partners for the implementation of joint high-tech projects. We are ready to offer investors land plots during the first and second stages of the site's development and provide full support to investors at all stages of project implementation," Mikhail Sviridenko, Project Manager of the FEDC “Amurskaya”, told the roadshow participants.
