FEDC presented logistics projects for investors and a set of government support measures for businesses in the Far East and the Arctic

At the "Operation and Modernization of Ports and Terminals 2025" conference, held on October 21, 2025, in St. Petersburg, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) presented a wide range of government support measures aimed at implementing investment projects in logistics in the Russian Far East and Arctic, as well as a number of ideas and projects for which the Corporation is currently seeking investors. FEDC representative Diana Migrin presented a report at the session entitled "Equipment and Innovative Technologies: Modernization of Ports and Terminals."

Today, nearly 4,000 new investment projects are being implemented in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic with government support and the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), and over 1,200 enterprises have already been commissioned. During this time, approximately 170,000 new jobs have been created. Almost 5 trillion rubles have already been invested in the regional economies, with announced investments totaling 13 trillion rubles.

To develop the transport and logistics complex in the Russian Far East and Arctic, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation is supporting 555 investment projects implemented under preferential regimes. Since 2020, the announced investment volume in logistics projects in the Far East and Arctic has increased 2.7-fold to 1.1 trillion rubles.
