A delegation from the China Association of Construction and Finishing Materials visited Primorsky Region. During the visit, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) presented 60 Chinese companies with tax breaks and preferences of the advanced development territories and the free port of Vladivostok, the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) and the preferential regime in the Kuril Islands. Potential investors from China were also presented with promising areas of the “Primorye” ASEZ for the implementation of investment projects.
At a meeting in the Government of Primorsky Region, Chinese manufacturers of doors, plumbing, floor and wall coverings, facade materials, paints and varnishes, lighting fixtures, electrical equipment and other products were presented with the prospects and opportunities for Russian-Chinese trade, economic and investment cooperation in the construction industry.
Honorary President of the China Association of Building and Finishing Materials Zhang Nailin: "Our association includes 2 thousand manufacturers. This is the largest such association in China. We are interested in cooperation with Russian entrepreneurs, as we see the potential of the local market."
During the business visit, representatives of the China Association of Construction and Finishing Materials inspected the existing enterprises of the residents of the “Primorye” ASEZ and sites for the creation of new production facilities. In particular, they got acquainted with the large-scale project of the resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ for the integrated residential development of “DNS City”.
