FEDC connected the “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park in Transbaikalia to the water supply and wastewater disposal networks

The “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park, under construction in the “Zabaikalye” ASEZ, is connected to the centralized cold-water supply and wastewater disposal systems. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is constructing the facility as part of a program to create production and administrative space equipped with the necessary infrastructure for lease at a preferential rate to ASEZ residents establishing new enterprises producing in-demand products. A two-story administrative and amenity building with a data center and three single-story production facilities, totaling 6,200 square meters, are scheduled to open in 2026.

Anna Burdinskaya, Director of the FEDC Operations Department: "The connection was fully completed in accordance with the agreement for technological connection to the centralized water supply/wastewater disposal system concluded between FEDC and JSC Vodokanal-Chita. The connection capacity is 400 cubic meters per day for water supply and wastewater disposal, which fully meets the design needs of the industrial park.
