FEDC will support the accelerator of the best projects in the Far East and the Arctic in the field of game development
The acceptance of applications for participation in the tenth stream of the accelerator of innovative projects "B8" has begun. The objective of the competition is to search for bright originative solutions in key sectors of the creative economy in the Far East and the Arctic. The competition is supported by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC).
The B8 accelerator has been held by the Innovation Development Fund of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) since 2019. Since its launch, more than 100 startups have passed through the accelerator, 54 projects have been funded for over 89 million rubles. The new B8 stream is aimed at supporting computer game development projects and will be held in the areas of game design, game style, narrative design, and sound design.
