FEDC supported a new cohort of the endowment management accelerator for the Russian Far East and the Arctic Zone

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) has supported a new cohort of an accelerator program focused on endowment management for specialists and project teams from the Far Eastern Federal District and the Russian Arctic Zone. The program is taking place in Monchegorsk, Murmansk Region, in a hybrid format and covers the entire endowment lifecycle—from the creation and capitalization of the fund to income utilization, reporting, oversight, risk hedging, and eventual dissolution or liquidation.

The accelerator is being implemented by the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC) and the “Kolsky” Foundation as part of a unified action plan to support endowment funding. Specialists and project teams from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Republic of Buryatia, Khabarovskiy, Kamchatskiy, and other regions are participating in the new cohort.

The program’s results will be presented at the Arctic Civil Forum in Murmansk in November 2026. The Vladimir Potanin Foundation serves as the industry consultant for the implementation of the concept to support endowment funding in the Russian Far East and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation.
