Kirill Klimenko, Director of the Department of Human Resources Development at the FEDC, noted that the corporation's collaboration with the university is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the macro region’s human resources and scientific potential, including through the implementation of the “Tsiolkovsky 2030” program for training management personnel for schools throughout the Far East and the “Priority 2030” regional track.
"Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University is a strategic partner of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation in its large-scale efforts to develop human capital in the Far East. We see its key role not only in training teachers but also in truly improving the quality of education at all levels. The university is committed to integrating into the region's economic and social development agenda, constantly developing and improving its systems for training and professional development. Every year, new areas of study are added to the programs, implemented jointly with leading Russian and international universities and partner companies. I am confident that the university will remain a driver of positive change in the education system," said Kirill Klimenko.
