"The participants of the competition "The Big Journey Across the Country: Geographical Expedition" will present their original projects in the format of videos and audio podcasts in the nominations "Geography", "Ethnography", "Culture" and "The Future of the Far East through the Eyes of the Young". In their works, they will demonstrate knowledge about the discoverers, traditions, myths, holidays and customs of the indigenous peoples of the Far East, and will also be able to present their vision of the socio-economic development of the region.
Judging by the works that have already begun to arrive, the competition participants demonstrate a good level of knowledge of history, geography, creativity and mastery of modern media technologies,” says Natalia Bazhenova, Rector of the Sholem Aleichem University.
