To discuss the mechanism and conditions for selection, as well as the most important issues for the development of the housing market with the use of state support measures in the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, were invited representatives of DOM.RF, large developers, consulting and construction companies, including Pik, FSK, GC "Samolet" and others.

Competitions within the framework of the Far Eastern Quarter program will take place in the near future, the first are scheduled for November 18.

To date, 7 pilot sites have been selected in 7 regions of the Far Eastern Federal District as part of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program. The total area of the planned commissioning of housing is 1.8 million square meters. Schools, kindergartens, clinics, sports facilities and other social infrastructure will be created at all sites within walking distance. In fact, construction work will begin in 2023, and the commissioning of social facilities and housing will be phased in, until 2030.
