Competitions have been announced for the selection of developers for the construction of high-quality and affordable housing under the “Far Eastern Quarter” program

The competitive selection, announced by the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), will identify investors-developers for the implementation of projects for the construction of modern residential areas with a comfortable urban environment. The Ministry for the Development of the Far East of Russia together with the FEDC is implementing the “Far Eastern Quarter” program, which will allow the winners of the tenders to take advantage of favorable conditions for the successful implementation of investment projects. Thanks to the status of a ASEZ resident, developers will receive land, engineering infrastructure, tax benefits and administrative preferences. State support measures will allow an additional commissioning of 2.5 million square meters of housing in the Far East by 2030.
