FEDC: 37 sites in the “Yakutia” ASEZ are available to investors for establishing new production facilities with state support

Thirty-seven land plots are available for preferential lease to implement new investment projects within the "Yakutia" ASEZ—located in the city of Yakutsk, the village of Kapitonovka, and the settlement of Nizhny Bestyakh. Investors can acquire land that either features ready-made infrastructure or offers the option to connect to existing utility networks, and can also benefit from tax and administrative incentives by obtaining ASEZ’s resident status. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) will provide comprehensive support to businesses at every stage of project implementation—from applying for resident status and project structuring to product promotion and workforce recruitment for new enterprises.

The largest number of projects by residents of the "Yakutia" ASEZ are being implemented at the "Kapitonovka" investment site. This location hosts a concentration of facilities producing construction materials and equipment for the housing and utilities sector. Investors are offered a 0.37-hectare plot with existing infrastructure connections, as well as a 3.5-hectare plot for warehousing facilities, with the option to connect to gas, electricity, and water supply networks.

In addition, 19 plots ranging from 0.12 to 4.07 hectares are available for sublease near Lake Krugloye—a picturesque location suitable for tourism and recreation projects.
