FEDC and X5 Group agreed to build a logistics center in Primorye
An agreement on the implementation of a major investment project for the construction of a modern logistics distribution center for the “Pyaterochka” company (part of X5 Group) in the “Primorye” ASEZ was signed on the sidelines of the 10th Eastern Economic Forum. The document was signed by Kirill Kamenev, Deputy General Director for Investments of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), and Anton Bezryadin, Executive Director of the “Pyaterochka” retail chain in the Far East.
The construction of a multi-temperature distribution center with an area of 39 thousand square meters is planned for the second quarter of 2027. The new facility will create 400 new jobs and will service up to 500 stores of the “Pyaterochka” chain in the region, providing daily processing of up to 5,500 pallet spaces.
