At the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian-Chinese Guild of Commerce (RCGC). The document was signed by Pavel Kiparisov, Chairman of the RCGC, and Kirill Kamenev, Deputy General Director for Attracting Investments at FEDC.

The parties will jointly develop and popularize entrepreneurship in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. To this end, new forms of cooperation and platforms for implementing joint investment projects and developing territories will be developed, tested, and introduced.

Pavel Kiparisov noted the importance of such cooperation: "The authority and capabilities of the Guild will facilitate the systematic attraction of Russian and foreign capital to the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. The FEDC, for its part, as a single institution for the development of the Far East and the Arctic, will provide measures of state support for investment projects, as well as inform businesses about promising areas of economic cooperation in the regions."
