FEDC and Heilongjiang agreed on cooperation in the investment sphere

At the 11th Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the “Harbin” Free Trade Zone Administration of Heilongjiang Province of the People's Republic of China (PRC) signed an agreement to ensure cooperation between organizations and business communities of the regions of the Far East, the Arctic zone of Russia and the PRC in the investment, trade, economic and social spheres.

The document was signed by Kirill Kamenev, Deputy Director General of the FEDC for Investment Promotion, and Zhang Jianguo, Deputy Director of the “Harbin” Free Trade Zone Administration.

The agreement provides for joint activities aimed at attracting Russian and Chinese businesses to cooperation. It also provides assistance in obtaining government support measures, facilitating export-import contacts, and supporting the implementation of joint investment projects.
