FEDC and “Hevel” agreed to cooperate in the construction of a solar power grid in the Far East

At the “Russian Energy Week” International Forum in Moscow, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and “SER DV” (part of the “Hevel” Group) signed a cooperation agreement to build the largest solar power plants with a total capacity of approximately 1.2 GW in the Far East.

The document was signed by Nikolai Zapryagaev, CEO of FEDC, and Igor Shakhrai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Hevel” Group of Companies.

The agreement provides for cooperation between the parties in the implementation of investment projects from 2025 to 2028: the construction of the “Dezhnevskaya” and “Semenovskaya” solar power plants in the Jewish Autonomous Region, and the “Oktyabrskaya” and “Smirnovskaya” solar power plants in the Amur Region. To ensure the successful implementation of the projects, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation will support their implementation within the framework of all existing Corporation functions in the Far East and the Arctic.

It is planned that up to 600 temporary and up to 150 permanent jobs will be created during the projects' implementation. Therefore, another important area of collaboration will be cooperation with educational institutions to ensure staffing for the projects.
