FEDC and the Far Eastern Federal University summarized the results of the educational program for recipients of the “Far Eastern and Arctic Hectare”

Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) summarized the new season of the "Hectar Program Participant Academy" educational program. The Academy's final event was a roundtable discussion on the continuing professional education program "Business Organization on the Far Eastern and Arctic Hectare." The event brought together graduates, government officials, financial institutions, and experts. The event was organized by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and FEFU.

Interest in the program remains high. The course received over 1,500 applications, with six applicants per spot. The majority of the audience consisted of middle-aged individuals with experience, resources, and a willingness to launch projects on land allocated through the “Hectare” program. The geography of the course participants has shifted toward the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation: 38% of the Academy's students are developing hectares in the Murmansk Region, 20% in Primorsky Region, 13% in Karelia, and 9% in Sakhalin. The remainder represent Kamchatka, Yakutia, and Buryatia.
