FEDC is ready to work on strengthening industrial cooperation between Russia, China, and Belarus

As part of the business program of the 10th Russian-Chinese Expo in Harbin, a discussion was held on the development of industrial cooperation between the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, and the Republic of Belarus.

Andrey Sharafutdinov, Managing Director of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), told about the main support measures for foreign investors in the Far East and Arctic: "FEDC manages a number of preferential regimes in the Far East and Arctic. These include 18 priority development territories (ASEZs), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), and others. Since January 2026, a law has been in effect establishing a new regime – International Advanced Development Areas (IADAs) – which are being created to attract foreign investment into priority sectors.
