During the Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the Innovative Scientific and Technological Center (ISTC) “Russkiy” Development Fund and the Institute for Research in Economics, Environment and Big Data Science (IREEDS) signed an agreement of intent to coordinate efforts aimed at enhancing cooperation between universities and research organizations in the regions of the Far East and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The signatures were put by Deputy Director of the Institute for Research in Economics, Environment and Big Data Science (IREEDS) Ha Thi Hanh, General Director of the Development Fund of the Scientific and Technical Center "Russkiy" Elena Kharisova and Deputy General Director for Attracting Investments of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation Kirill Kamenev.
