According to her, the “Rovnoye” investment platform within the “Amurskaya” ASEZ is the central link in cross-border cooperation. Located 20 kilometers from Blagoveshchensk and the international road bridge, it is becoming the core of the bridge's logistics and industrial zone. The platform's investment portfolio currently includes 15 residents implementing projects in logistics and industry. The total announced investment exceeds 13 billion rubles, creating over 5,500 jobs.
The site development concept has been formulated for an area of over 1,000 hectares. Construction and installation work are currently underway. By 2027, residents will be provided with the necessary infrastructure: electricity, sanitary and stormwater drainage systems, and access roads.
One of the main topics of discussion was the introduction of a new state support mechanism to attract foreign investment. The law establishing International Advanced Development Areas (IADAs) came into force on January 1, 2026. Amur Region plans to be one of the first regions in the Far East to establish such a platform.
