The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the Center for Strategic Research will popularize tourism on “hectares”

At the 10th Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) signed a cooperation agreement with the Center for Strategic Research (CSR). The document was signed by CSR General Director Pavel Smelov and FEDC Executive Director for Social Development Gasan Gasanbalaev. The parties will cooperate in the areas of information support and promotion of tourism projects of the “Hectare” program in the Arctic and the Far East, and promotion of tourism products abroad under the national tourism brand “Discover Russia”.

"The “Hectare” program is a successful example of entrepreneurial initiative, a growth point for the local economy and a driver for preserving the cultural heritage and identity of the Far East and Arctic territories. It has helped hundreds of thousands of Russians realize their dreams of starting their own business on land. I am confident that the program will continue to help implement the most daring ideas and contribute to the popularity of domestic tourism," noted Gasan Gasanbalaev.
