A Chinese investor will create an international construction company in Primorye
Head of the FEDC “Primorye” (a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation) Alexey Dunaev and the deputy general director of the “Heilongjia Construction and Investment Corporation” Mr. Wang Dongtao signed during the Eastern Economic Forum a cooperation agreement to create a modern construction company in the Primorsky Region to carry out work on residential and non-residential real estate and public infrastructure within the territory of the free port of Vladivostok. It is planned to invest 150 million rubles in the project.
At subsequent stages of project development, the investor plans to organize the production of building materials for his own needs.
