A Chinese investor will build a modern warehouse complex at the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ to develop cross-border logistics

“Zolotaya Gavan”, a resident of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ, will build a warehouse complex in Primorsky Region comprising unheated and heated warehouses, an open storage area, a loading and unloading zone, and an administrative and amenity building. The total development area will exceed 16,000 square meters. The complex is scheduled to become operational in 2029. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project involves an investment of 435.4 million rubles and the creation of 14 jobs.

"Obtaining resident status in the ASEZ has been a key support measure for us. In addition to tax incentives, we gained the opportunity to lease a conveniently located land plot. The “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ is situated in close proximity to major transport interchanges, making the implementation of our logistics project highly efficient. The complex is being designed for multi-purpose use, allowing for the handling of both industrial and commercial cargo—including packaged goods, palletized freight, and container shipments," said Gao Rong, founder of the company “Zolotaya Gavan”.
