A Chinese investor will open a 9-story hotel in the “Bolshoy Kamen” ASEZ in 2029

“VEK” company has become a resident of the “Bolshoy Kamen” ASEZ with a project to build a modern nine-story aparthotel with a total area of 7,200 square meters. The Chinese investor is investing 545 million rubles in the project, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Completion and commissioning are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028, with the hotel expected to welcome its first guests in the first quarter of 2029.

"Our project aims to address one of the key challenges facing the dynamically developing city of Bolshoy Kamen: creating a modern and comfortable residential infrastructure. We see a steady demand for high-quality rental apartments and are confident that our aparthotel will become a sought-after property. Being a resident of the priority development area significantly increases the project's economic efficiency through the benefits and preferences provided," noted Van Hai, Director of “VEK” LLC.

He noted that the company has its own construction resources, including a fleet of specialized equipment, the necessary tools, and qualified personnel, guaranteeing quality and oversight at all stages of construction. The aparthotel will include 2,400 square meters of office space, 4,000 square meters of apartments, common areas, and utility areas.
