At the IX Eastern Economic Forum, Director of FEDC “Primorye” (a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation) Aleksey Dunayev, Vice President of “Fanyuan Construction Group” Chen Xuezhong and Chairman of the Board of “Dajing Construction Group” Shao Quanzhen signed cooperation agreements.
The result of the joint work will be the construction in Primorsky Krai within the boundaries of the Free Port of Vladivostok and the Priority Development Area "Primorye" of a multi-storey residential complex, a cultural and tourist complex, including hotels, and the creation of a production facility for building materials: new type plastic pipes with an annual production volume of 24 thousand tons, doors and windows made of aluminum alloy and glass curtain walls. It is planned to invest 4.7 billion rubles in both projects, and 384 jobs will be created.
