During the meeting, the Chinese side was presented with development plans for the “Russkiy” Scientific and Technology Center and projects by the first residents. Particular attention was paid to the creation of scientific and educational clusters in information technology, biomedicine, biotechnology, and marine engineering. Participants discussed possible formats for collaboration with Chinese technology platforms. Promising areas include agricultural biotechnology, marine bioresource processing, pharmaceuticals, and joint acceleration programs.
