"The opening of a second distribution center in the Far East will be an important step in developing the region's retail sector and strengthening X5's presence. The new infrastructure will enable us to build more efficient grocery logistics and improve food security, ensuring our stores always have fresh, high-quality products on their shelves, even in the most remote corners of the region," noted Vasily Pushkin, X5's Director of Regional Government Relations.
The 39,000-square-meter distribution center is scheduled to open in May 2027. It will supply ‘Pyaterochka” stores located in Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Nakhodka, Artyom, Arsenyev, Bolshoy Kamen, and other towns in Primorsky Region.
