The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation pay special attention to the conditions for business development in the Arctic, including tourism. A special preferential regime has been introduced to create new investment proposals and support measures – the “Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation”. Every sixth project within the framework of the preferences of the “Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation” is created in the tourism sector.
