National graduate employment ratings have been calculated by order of the President of the Russian Federation since 2025 and are part of the national "Personnel" project. An educational institution's ranking is determined based on two equally weighted indicators: the share of graduates employed two years after graduation and their median salary in their second year of employment. Data is collected from Rosobrnadzor and the Social Fund of Russia. Work under employment and civil contracts, as well as self-employment, are considered.
