The “Students” Cafe will be opened by a new resident of the Priority Development Area in Chukotka

Individual entrepreneur Eduard Ten will open the “Students” cafe in Anadyr using the benefits and preferences of the “Chukotka” ASEZ. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the entrepreneur will invest 2.5 million rubles in the creation of a new public catering outlet, which will begin operating in the third quarter of 2025. The cafe will be opened in a modular building and will offer customers popular dishes at affordable prices. "The preferential regime of the priority development area, as well as the regimes of the free port of Vladivostok and the Arctic zone of Russia, allow for the profitable implementation of both fairly capital-intensive projects and the successful opening of small and medium-sized businesses. Thanks to state support, even beginning entrepreneurs can open their own business in Chukotka by choosing a suitable set of state support tools. The project of individual entrepreneur Eduard Ten has also received and will continue to receive support within the framework of the preferential regime "Chukotka", - said the director of the FEDC "Chukotka" Sergey Kolyadko. Three preferential regimes operate simultaneously in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug: The Chukotka Priority Development Area, the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). According to the FEDC, 98 residents are involved in investment activities with projects worth 874.4 billion rubles, creating more than 12.9 thousand jobs. Since the beginning of 2024, 9 new residents have begun implementing their projects in Chukotka within the framework of these regimes. Thanks to state support mechanisms, 48 enterprises have already been launched in various sectors of the economy - construction, agriculture, as well as logistics and mining.
