Renowned gunsmith and artist Zhigzhit Bayaskhalanov will begin producing sculptures and souvenirs in the “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park in the “Transbaikalye” Priority Development Area

The “Casting Academy” company, a resident of the “Transbaikalye” ASEZ, is establishing a foundry for artistic sculptures, souvenirs, and interior design items. The project is being implemented at the “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park. It plans to produce up to 2 tons of steel, bronze, and other non-ferrous metal products monthly. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will invest 3.2 million rubles, creating 11 jobs.

To implement the project, FEDC will provide the resident with premises totaling over 1,000 square meters within the “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park.

"The industrial park site will house separate warehouses for raw materials and finished products, a production facility, and auxiliary facilities. Reduced rent for the ready-to-use sites with the necessary infrastructure for rapid business expansion will allow the company to launch production as early as 2026. The “Kadalinsky” Industrial Park will be operational this year. It will include a two-story administrative and amenity building and three single-story production facilities with a total area of 6,200 square meters," added Dina Arkhipenko, Director of the FEDC “Zabaikalye”.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Government of the Trans-Baikalye Region and is aimed at developing the region's creative economy.
