A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the company “Investgeopur”, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), will build a facility in demand among residents of the city of Tarko-Sale in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug – a new city bathhouse. The investor will invest 160 million rubles and create 38 jobs. At present, 864 residents are registered in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation with a total volume of declared investments of 919 billion rubles. New companies create 27.7 thousand new jobs. In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, residents of the special economic zone are offered a subsidy of 75% of the amount of insurance premiums for the first 10 years and a preferential income tax rate of 5% for the first 5 years.
