“Interros” Company will build a modern business center for SAR residents on Russky Island

On the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the “Interros” Group announced cooperation in the construction of a new class A business center on Russky Island, which will also house the offices of resident companies of the Special Administrative Region (SAR). To consolidate the best ideas, as well as to ensure maximum compliance of the future project with the geographical location, specifics and landscape of Russky Island, “Interros” announced a closed architectural competition with the participation of leading Russian architectural bureaus. The competition operator is City Makers. The design will be carried out taking into account modern architectural and planning solutions, as well as the best global practices in the field of ecology, ergonomics and energy saving. The total area of the facility will be about 15,000 sq. m. In addition to modern offices for international companies, that have become members of the Special Administrative Region on Russky Island, the project for the construction of a new class “A” business center will provide for the location of service enterprises and the organization of information and exhibition events. The first floor is planned to be used as a multifunctional space for residents and guests of Primorye. The adjacent territory will be landscaped and recreation areas will be created. The “Interros” Group's investment in the project is estimated at 2 billion rubles.
